FREE HEALTH CHECK-UP CAMP AT ZILLA PARISHAD SCHOOL, KANHE
The Department of B.Voc Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) successfully organized a free health check-up camp at Zilla Parishad School, Kanhe. The camp was conducted for students of Classes V, VI, and VII with the aim of promoting health awareness and encouraging early health screening among school children. The services provided included blood group determination and blood pressure measurement. A total of 120 students benefited from the camp.
The health check-up camp was a great opportunity for the students to learn about their health status and for the B.Voc MLT students to gain hands-on experience in conducting diagnostic tests. The students were also educated on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and the need for regular health check-ups. The camp also helped to create awareness about the importance of blood donation and the role of medical laboratory technology in healthcare.
The Department is committed to continuing its efforts in promoting health awareness and providing quality healthcare services to the community. The event was a testament to the Department's commitment to its mission of providing excellent education and training to its students while serving the community.
