Career Counseling Session

Under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Iqbal Shaikh, the Department of Bachelor of Vocation (Medical Laboratory Technology) successfully organized a Career Counseling Session on 30 January 2026. The session was conducted with the support of the staff of PIMSE and aimed to guide students regarding various career opportunities through MBA programs after graduation.
The main objective of the session was to make students aware of the different MBA specializations available and how pursuing an MBA after B.Voc can open new career pathways. The session provided valuable insights into how management education can enhance professional growth and create better employment opportunities.
The resource persons for the session were:

Mrs. Lubna Shaikh
All the resource persons elaborately explained the scope, eligibility, specializations, and career prospects of MBA after graduation. They highlighted how MBA can be a life-changing option for students and lead to successful careers. The speakers also clarified that MBA is not only suitable for Software Development & Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) students but also for BFSI and TTHM streams.
The session was highly interactive, and all the queries raised by the students were patiently answered by the resource persons. Students showed keen interest in pursuing MBA after B.Voc, reflecting the success of the counseling session.
The program was efficiently organized by Ms. Farheenshama Shaikh (B.Voc MLT) with the support of Dr. Farooque Shaikh (Nodal Officer B.Voc), Dr. Gazala Pathan (B.Voc MLT), Ms. Shahin Shaikh (B.Voc MLT), Ms. Nikhat Hurzuk (B.Voc SD), Mr. Shakil Shaikh (B.Voc BFSI), and Ms. Isra Khan (B.Voc BFSI).
The Department of B.Voc expresses sincere gratitude to Principal Dr. Iqbal Shaikh for his constant support and guidance. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to all the resource persons for sharing their expertise and valuable time.
A total of 65 students of B.Voc benefited from this career counseling session, making it a meaningful and successful academic activity.
