Celebrating National Girl Child Day 2025






The Department of B.Voc Medical Laboratory Technology observed National Girl Child Day on January 24, 2025, with a vibrant celebration. The event was organized under the guidance of Principal Dr. Iqbal Shaikh and Vice Principal Dr. Amjad Shaikh.










The celebration commenced at 8:30 am in the college ground, featuring a series of exciting games and competitions, including Kho-Kho, Dodgeball, Musical Chair, and Mehndi competition. These activities showcased the participants' skills and promoted girls' contributions in every field, reflecting our cultural values. The event emphasized the importance of empowering girls, promoting gender equality, and creating opportunities for their growth and development. The celebrations aimed to inspire and motivate girls to pursue their dreams and aspirations, breaking free from societal barriers and stereotypes.







A total of 73 students participated in the events, displaying their enthusiasm and competitive spirit.


The mehndi competition was judged by Dr. Shirin Shaikh (IQAC Coordinator) and Ms. Fayeza Shaikh (Assistant Professor, Commerce Department). The winners received certificates and cash prizes, which were distributed by Dr. Amjad Shaikh (Vice Principal) and Mr. Farooque Shaikh (Nodal Officer, B.Voc).







The event was successfully organized by Dr. Gazala Pathan  (Assistant Professor B. VOC M.L.T), with support from Ms. Farheenshama Shaikh (Assistant Professor B. VOC M.L.T), Ms. Shahin Shaikh (Assistant Professor B. VOC M.L.T), Mr. Mudassir Shaikh, and NSS Volunteer Mr. Hussain Kachwala.









The celebration was a resounding success, promoting girls' empowerment and encouraging their participation in various fields.
